High Command Officer Ranks

General - The General is the highest rank in Section 21. The General is responsible for overseeing High Command, the members and directing the organization. The General will preside at all meetings. The General is also the official representative to the Student, Student Senate, and all other outside entities.

Lieutenant General - The Lieutenant General second in command and will preside at all functions and meetings that the General is unable to attend. The Lieutenant General’s responsibilities include Section 21 communications, dealing with new members and potential members as well as administrative functions.

Major General - The Major General is to perform the role of Secretary for High Command. During meetings, the Major General is responsible for keeping the official minutes of the meeting and High Command Notes. The Major General is also responsible for project management and technical support for Section 21. The Major General and Brigadier Generals have equal authority within Section 21.

Brigadier General - The Brigadier General is the Chief Financial Officer of Section 21. As such they are responsible for keeping financial records of all income and expenditures, such as reimbursements, and Section 21 purchases.

Oversight

Oversight shall be made up of three members to be elected by all members including High Command, and be headed by a “Chairman-of-the-Council” This Oversight Council will act as a senatorial delegation to high command and will share powers, to some extent, with the High Command. It shall consist of three members total. No more, no less
